* Patience is a virtue when dealing with pre-order items because items might occasionally encounter with delay since it is not within the scope of our control. Therefore, impatient buyers are advised to think twice before placing any order.
预购偶尔也会碰到延迟到货的可能性, 毕竟到货的时间不在本店的控制范围之内，所以缺乏耐性的买家请先想清楚才下单。

* Require full payment for both ready and pre-order item within 3 days after submitting an order. Otherwise order will be cancel.

* Please do not make less payment even if the payment is not rounded amount, as we will return the balance to you (Example: RM 90 bank-in for item cost only RM 88, we will definitely return the balance RM 2 to you).
请不要因为汇款机不能接收一些零碎款项而汇少数额给本店，因为本店会把把剩余的钱退还给款项数额汇多的买家

However, as color shades on the resolution of your monitor screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colors will be exactly the same as the colors of your items.
